Established Referral System
We have a recognized referral system in place used by Health workers, Midwives, Housing Officers and Connexions etc. Once received contact is made to arrange a home visit, project worker & existing member attends to inform potential user of the services we offer.
We specially devised a card for local GPs to use as hand out, supporting their workload. Young parents can self refer and word of mouth.
